Eclipse Partners began with a chance meeting during a solar eclipse in the desert, where Brian and Elena first met. What started as a shared love story eventually became a shared passion for helping homeowners navigate some of life’s most challenging transitions.
In 2018, we purchased our first home together—a true fixer-upper. As we transformed it room by room, we discovered that we loved bringing neglected homes back to life. Around the same time, Elena’s mother was facing financial hardship and needed a stable place to live. Inspired by the possibilities of real estate investing, we purchased and renovated a 100-year-old farmhouse, creating a safe and comfortable home for her. That experience changed the way we viewed real estate. We realized that a home isn’t just a building—it represents security, family, and new beginnings.
Soon after, a homeowner who had sold us our first house asked if we would purchase the home next door. She was overwhelmed by the challenges of maintaining a property in the Santa Cruz Mountains and wanted a simple way to move on.
